Developer notes about the game:

The world of Sway exploded and you must help Lizzy the Lizard find her friends by swinging her through the world. When you find Ninja, Pappman or one of the others you can play them as well! Lizzy the lizard and her friends can grab and swing in beautiful bouncy physics simulation with a little help from your fingers.

It takes a bit of practice to get used to the controls but once you get the hang of it, you never wanna stop swaying.

Gameplay video of sway:

Initial looks of the game are pretty good and the game seems fun. Sway is slated for Feb09 release, we will let you know once its out in app store.

Apple Hints At Concerns And May Be Legal Battle Over Palm Pre Features

Posted: 25 Jan 2009 05:39 AM CST

After the much talked about Palm Pre demonstration in CES 2009, Apple is finally speaking up and showing its concerns about some of the features offered in much acclaimed Palm Pre.

"We don't mind competition, but if others rip off our intellectual property, we will go after them," were the words of Apple Executive Tim Cook, while describing about growing iPhone competition.

Here are some views from Slashgear :

Both the Pre and the iPhone have capacitive panels capable of recognising multiple points of contact and complex gestures; judging by the state of the technology, it's fair to assume that today's implementations of multitouch are simply scratching the surface of what is possible. Palm is believed to be using a capacitive panel by Cypress Semiconductors, who boast their technology is capable of individually tracking ten touch-points; the origin of the iPhone touch panel is still unknown, although in Cypress' video demo they do show the Apple smartphone at several points.
