Nokia E75 was launched by Nokia at the Mobile World Congress 2009 . Nokia E75 belongs to the Enterprise range of mobile phones from Nokia and is the successor of the E71. The most important highlight of the phone is its slide out QWERTY keyboard. The phone has not yet launched in India, I received mine from Nokia WOM World . As starters, I have published these unboxing pics for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy the Nokia E75 Unboxing Pics. And come back for first impressions and review of this newest Enterprise kid on the block. The initial pics are not that great as the box was plastered with DHL stickers :-). These are the first unboxing pics of Nokia E75.

Nokia E75 has a slide-out QWERTY keypad thats lets you type easily. The screen rotates the moment you slide-out the keyboard from the E75.

AT&T Goes Contract Free for the iPhone..is the new One Coming??

Posted: 20 Mar 2009 03:13 AM PDT

att-3g-iphone.jpgAT&T has gone contract free for the 3G iPhone. Initially when AT&T launched the 3G iPHone for the first time in US, the 8GB and the 16GB versions costed $199 and $299 respectively, under contract. But now was they have removed the contract obligation both these versions of the iPhone will now cost $599 and $699 respectively. AT&T had announced this when they launched it but now they have confirmed the availability. So there is a catch here, AT&T has removed the contractual obligation, does this mean that, they are getting ready for the new iPhone, which most probably will be coming in June 2009. This is just a speculation from my side but thats what this news is pointing toward. By the way, sources from LG Korea have confirmed that, they are working on OLED screens for Apple for the new iPhone and Apple's first touch screen Notebook.

Rugged Phone From Samsung, The Xplorer

Posted: 19 Mar 2009 09:38 PM PDT

xplorer_samsung.jpgSamsung has launched its rugged phone, the Samsung Xplorer for the outgoing adventurer in you. Samsung Xplorer or the Samsung B2100 is a certified water resistant phone. It can stay underwater up to 1 meter up to 30 minutes and nothing will happen to it. The phone is also protected against extremem conditions of heat, cold, dust and also against salt fog (I really don't know what a salt fog means, but sounds deadly). Xplorer is a Quad band phone with EDGE, Bluetooth 2.1, FM Radio, noise cancellation technology, 1.3 mega pixel snapper and external memory card support. To top its adventure side, the phone also has a powerful flashlight. The sad part is that, as of now Samsung is only targeting European mobile phone users with this phone.
