Try moving a app from 4th page to 1st page, and you will know what are we talking about . In the same lines here is a concept, where you can use iTunes to organize your apps. Sorting, categorizing, moving one app or even pages, everything is there what you can ask for. Pretty interesting concept and below is the video demonstrating the whole concept. I sincerely hope Apple gets some clues from it .
