Nokia newest Internet tablet with voice communication features, Nokia Rover (N900), leaked before its official launch. The tablet runs on Maemo 5,Nokia's own flavor of Linux and will be showcased by Nokia at the upcoming Nokia World 2009 in Germany. Last time only pictures of the Rover surfaced but this time Eldar from Mobile-Review was lucky enough to get his hands on Nokia Rover, which will be commonly called as the N900. He has posted some screenshots and lots of images of the newest tablet. In his review, Eldar has also given information on what kind of features the N900 boasts of. It will have Maemo Linux OS, 5 meg snapper with lens cover, dual LED flash, Auto Focus; ARM Cortex A6 CPU; 32GB on-board memory with external hot swap microSD card slot supporting 32GB, so 64 GB in total; microUSB ports; 3.5 mm standard headphone jack; TV out. After a Flickr user spotted a Nokia TV in Germany, one of our readers spotted this Nokia TV in Poland. Nokia used to make TVs long time back but did not know if people still used them. Coincidentally both the Nokia TVs were spotted in hotels. |
