Omnia HD in India is not the Fastest One; Its the Same

The Samsung Omnia HD thats was launched a few days back in India was portrayed as the fastest Omnia HD on the block by Samsung with a 1GHz ARM processor but this notion was busted today by GSM Arena. Thanks folks. The omnia HD that made its way to India is the same Omnia HD with same processing power that was launched in countries across the world. India's Omnia HD is not different from them. So was this done deliberately by Samsung to drive the sales of Omnia and also to gather media coverage on its launch. I guess so, as Samsung guys added the 420 MHz Digital Sound Processing Chip to that of the 620MHz ARM processor and thus making it a 1GHz Omnia HD. Check out the image below and you will have an idea of what went wrong :-)

Lots of Nokia's Leaked; N97 Mini, Nokia 5900, Nokia 6760

So the N97 Mini is for real. The picture above from The Nokia Blog, has lot of Nokia phones lying next to each other. At first glance you will feel that they are some of the new Nokia phone like the N97 and the E51 put near each other and somebody has clicked the photo. But if you look closely at the pictures, the N97 like looking phone is actually the N97 Mini, as it does have the D Pad, which is very prominent in the Nokia N97. Also, the two phone on the top right corner are the E Series siblings E72 and the E52. Just above these two there is a full touch screen Nokia phone with steel border and that has to be the Nokia 5900 XpressMusic. You can also see the Nokia 6760 in the picture. Some lucky guy had all these phones and he could not resist from clicking the picture of these phones, which are hot in the blogosphere. Both N97 Mini and the Nokia 5900 XM are coming to the Nokia World 2009 in Stuttgart.
