Like there were mobile camera crazy mobile phone users now you will find people craving for touch screen enabled phones and technologies like, TFT, OLED, AMOLED are making touch screen phones better everyday. According to DisplaySearch, the touch screen module market was $3.6 billion in 2008 and will hit the $9 billion mark in 2014. Most of this growth is and will be fueled by the use of touch screen modules in mobile phones where companies are now aiming at capacitative and multi-touch enabled touch screens., Everybody now wants to emulate the iPhone success story by incorporating these modules in their devices. With companies like Nokia, aiming to release cheap touch screen phones in the market, this industry will see a certain positive impact on their sales side.
