Ericsson Still Committed to Sony Ericsson JV Posted: 21 Mar 2009 08:52 AM PDT Few days back there was a mother of all rumors that, Ericsson was moving out of the Sony Ericsson JV and Sony was buying its stake thus becoming the 100% owner of the company . To everybody's relief, spokesperson from Ericsson, Minako told news sources that Ericsson is strongly committed to the JV with Sony and they do not have any plans as such to abandon the JV. Though Sony Ericsson is going to face huge lossess due to declining sales, both the companies are committed to the JV and we will see more Sony Ericsson phones coming in the future.
