| Pics and Specs - Sony Ericsson W995 Posted: 15 Feb 2009 06:24 PM PST
Remember Hikaru, the phone from Sony Ericsson that was surfacing once in a while. Well Sony Ericsson has removed the cover from Hikaru and made it official during the start of the Mobile World Congress 2009 at a press event in Barcelona. The phone will be called W995 and Hikaru was the name just for the prototype, I guess, like "Idou", which was also showcased at this press event. As you must have guessed by now, W995 is a flagship Walkman music phone from Sony Ericsson. [Pics via: SE-Community]. Check out the specifications, - 3.5 mm audio jack on the top The phone will be available in the second quarter of 2009. With 2008 not as good as anticipated for Sony Ericsson, it will be trying hard in 2009, to woo users to its range of Walkman and Imaging phones.
