| More Details Comes Out About ‘Metal Gear Solid 4′ for iPhone Posted: 23 Feb 2009 04:07 AM PST
Konami released more details about upcoming iPhone gaming app based on their very popular Metal Gear Solid series. The website gives out details on look and feel of the MGS 4 on iPhone gameplay. From the details it seems that it will be a rail-based shooter and you will use your finger to aim and tap the screen to shoot. In order to zoom in and out, you will need to pinch the screen. Konami is also planning to release a special advance release edition which will give a early access to the first half of the “Metal Gear Solid 4″ story before the final release of the app. Saved game progress from the advance release will automatically carry over, when you download the final release. We have to agree the game looks amazing and we can hardly wait for this one. Ahh but wait we hope this is not one of the games which will sold in the premium app store where the normal price of the each app will be around $20 or so [Screenshots and info via: Kotaku] |
