I was browsing Nokia's European discussion forum for the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic. A user by name, Wingy999 comments on the quality control of Nokia's manufacturing process. His/her message had a picture of Red Nokia 5800 XpressMusic with a blue software version...thats funny!! Check out the image below,

Apart from this many people who have bought their 5800 XpressMusic from Hong Kong are experiencing a host of problems with their device with respect to Call Quality, Device getting swutched off, color of the screen changing randomly, call volume going up and down during calls, phone freezes while typing messages etc. Nokia, you need to take care of these problems or is it the cheap Hong Kong market effect??

Fix your Nokia 5800 that gets switched off automatically

Front without cover.jpg

Sometime back I posted a Short User Review of Nokia 5800 XpressMusic. Some of my readers, who own this new touch screen from Nokia commented saying, "hi i have bought a new nokia 5800 the problem i have is it automatically gets switch of sometimes..can any one help me with this." Surprisingly, one more commenter said the same thing, so i just googled and found out that many people have been facing this problem with their newly purchased Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, the phone suddenly switches off. So here is the possible solution, either you have some protective covering your light sensor and you need to remove that cover or there is a dense chance that your battery is faulty. Faulty batteries may lead to such problems. If nothing is working then you need to go to the Nokia Care Center and get it fixed. As far as I have experienced they will replace the handset if its a factory issue. Hope this is helpful.

Remember the Sony Ericsson F305, gaming phone with motion control; now Sony Ericsson has come up with the Hello Kitty Edition of this gaming phone. The Hello Kitty Edition, as you must have guessed, will target the users in Japan. Hello Kitty is pretty popular in Japan. It is one of the best-known of many simply drawn fictional characters produced by the Japanese company Sanrio. The phone has EDGE speeds, a Memory Stick Micro slot, a 2-inch 176 x 220 display and some music playback features. The F305 has a accelerometer, apt for playing motion controlled games. Even the screen is pretty big for playing strategy games. They could have put some first person shooter games also, it would have been fun.
