Reading RSS on Nokia E71

Posted: 23 Jan 2009 05:40 AM PST

Most of you must be knowing this that Nokia's Enterprise phones and the other S60 phones do have a RSS reader/receiver. E71, the latest Enterprise kid on the block from Nokia also has this functionality. It is integrated within the Web Browser of the device. You just browse to the site, which has RSS functionality enabled suing your Nokia E71's Web browser and from Options select Subscribe. Once you have subscribed to a RSS enabled site you don't need to go to that site, you just go to your feeds folder and read the latest updates on your E71. You can also enable auto updates. The process is same for most of the recently launched S60 devices of Nokia including its enterprise portfolio.
