Here is how you fix the earpiece problemwith your Nokia 5800 XpressMusic

1) Take the plectrum (a three-cornered-stylus, which came in the box).
2) Take the device, turn it off and remove the battery.
3) We start to remove the upper panel (see diagram). Getting started is strictly bottom, so as to stay top of the plume and accelerometer sensor lights.

VLC PLayer Coming To Windows Mobile Devices

Posted: 20 Jan 2009 08:35 PM PST

WinMo_VLC.JPGNow, users with Windows Mobile OS on their handheld have something to cheer about. VLC, the world's most popular and open source media player for desktops and laptops is coming to Windows Mobile OS. This was a rumor sometime back but now it seems to be a reality. Some big guys named Jean from VLC indicated to the VLC - Windows Mobile OS tie up in his blog entry. There is no official confirmation from both, VLC and Windows Mobile but if this plater comes on Windows Mobile OS based mobile devices, it will be a bliss for many users cause Windows Media Player really sucks in front of VLC. You never know, this might have a positive impact on the sales of Windows mobile based devices. But I am still waiting for a VLC player for iPhone/iPod Touch....

Nokia 5730.jpgThe new Nokia XpressMusic QWERTY phone, Nokia 5730, which leaked and got previewed yesterday by Mobile Review, is the newest phone from Nokia that will be launched in the Mobile World Congress 2009 (MWC). This XpressMusic gadget features a slide out QWERTY keayboard, 2 inch screen with 320 x 240pixel resolution, 140MB built-in memory, 128MB RAM, microSD card slot, 3.2 mega pixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, Bluetooth A2DP support. Being a XpressMusic phone, it features a 3.5 inch headphone jack for all you audiophiles out there. The phone will be showcased in the upcoming MWC 2009 and will be made available to Indian users in the 2nd half of 2009. After the N97, Nokia 5730 is the other slide out QWERTY keyboard phone from Nokia. This year, it seems, Nokia will be launching lot of cool phones in India. The Nokia 5730 looks pretty high-end and if you have started thinking about its sky-high price then put a brake on your thoughts cause this phone will be priced around 220 Euros, which means it will be availabe in India between Rs. 13,000 to Rs. 15,000; thats not bad pricing at all. With all these cool phones coming from Nokia, no wonder its CEO is pretty confident of making profits in these troubled times.
