Calorie Tracker is app from Livestrong which is website of Lance Armstrong. By using this app you can track your daily calories, fat, carbohydrate, and protein intake.

The Daily Plate at LIVESTRONG.COM helps you determine a daily calorie target based on your weight and weight goal. Then you can search the extensive database of more than 450,000 foods for nutritional information including fat, sugar, carbohydrates, cholesterol and more. You can also search 2,000 fitness items and calculate how many calories you can burn with those activities.

Search for any food or restaurant item

  • Search from our database of more than 450,000 food and restaurant items
  • Recently viewed items or items you’ve tracked before will appear at the top for your convenience
  • If there is more than one result, click the line item to see more detailed information

Track what you ate

  • Click the “I Ate This” button to start tracking your calories
  • You can change the number of servings based on what you ate
  • As a option, you can also set when you ate it (time or meal)

Search for a workout or activity

  • Search from our database of more than 2,000 physical activities
  • Select the one that most closely matches what you just did

Track your workout

  • Click “I Did This” to track your workout
  • Adjust the duration of your workout for the accurate number of calories burned
  • Optionally, you may enter the distance of your workout or your average heart rate

  • See a summary of your foods and fitness items tracked each day
